Pay on delivery

Right now every outrr order is paid on delivery. Pay the delivery partner in cash or by UPI when your order arrives. There's nothing to pay when you place the order.

Online payment

Card, UPI and net-banking payments at checkout are coming soon. We'll update this page when they go live.

Prices and GST

All prices on outrr include GST. Your GST invoice comes from the seller. Business buyers can add their GSTIN at checkout to get a B2B invoice; it can be changed until the invoice is generated.

Refunds

Refunds for pay-on-delivery orders go by UPI or bank transfer to an account you give us, within 7 working days of the return passing the seller's check. See Returns, Refunds & Cancellations.

Stay safe

outrr will never ask for your card details, UPI PIN or OTP over phone, email or WhatsApp. Report anything suspicious to orders@outrr.in.
