Cancel an order

You can cancel free of charge any time before the order is dispatched. Write to orders@outrr.in or reply on WhatsApp with your order number.

Damage-free promise

If something arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (and the unboxing video if you have it). We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice, subject to stock.

Change of mind

You can return a product within 7 days of delivery if it's unused, unassembled and in its original packaging. For change-of-mind returns the return shipping cost is paid by you; we tell you the amount before pickup.

Not returnable: items made or cut to your size, plants and live items, and anything that has been assembled, installed or used.

Refunds

Once the returned item reaches the seller and passes a quick check, we refund within 7 working days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer to an account you give us.
